Mountain Caper 2.0

Designed for ultralight hunters and guides, the Mountain Caper 2.0 keeps the same razor control and precision the original was known for while stepping forward in every way that matters. Weighing only 22 grams it slips through lips, ears, and the nose with ease.

The blade now comes in MagnaCut, giving you an edge that holds through the entire animal so sharpening happens after the hunt, not during it. We increased the size and depth of the jimping around the profile and added new traction at the finger choil and near the tip for surer handling when the work gets tight. The edge has been tuned to a true arc for smoother, more fluid cutting.

A refined sharpening choil makes maintenance simple, and the added radius prevents the blade from hanging up during long cuts. Weight relief windows in both the blade and handle have been opened up and shaped to flow cleanly with the knife’s profile, keeping the balance light and fast without sacrificing any strength.

For hunters who measure gear in grams and demand precision from the first cut to the last, the Mountain Caper 2.0 is built to be the tool you trust in your pack year after year.

What a great knife. These are the lightest weight knives I’ve ever seen and truly a necessity for the backcountry hunter.
