The Outdoorsman Set brings together three of our most capable hunting knives: Ovis Hunter, Mouflon Skinner, and Mountain Caper, giving you the right blade for nearly every job from the first cut to the final piece of meat.
The Ovis Hunter is your all purpose workhorse. Its versatile blade geometry is built to handle everything from opening up an animal and breaking down quarters to controlled detail work around joints and difficult areas.
The Mouflon Skinner takes over when it's time to make quick, efficient work of skinning. Its purpose built profile gives you plenty of usable edge and control for long, clean cuts without constantly repositioning the knife.
The Mountain Caper handles the precision work. Compact and extremely controllable, it's made for caping, working around the face and eyes, and tackling the detailed cuts where a larger hunting knife can become cumbersome.
Together, they give you the full package for just about any hunt. A dedicated skinner, a precision caping knife, and a versatile all purpose hunting knife ready to handle everything in between.
