Shipping & Returns

 

Domestic Shipments

We ship to the continental U.S. using USPS as our primary carrier.

All domestic shipments include tracking. You’ll receive an email confirmation with purchase details and tracking information once your order ships.

International Shipments

We do offer international shipping. Contact us at sales@kestrelknives.com for rates

Please note:

  • International shipping rates do not include duties, VAT, or import taxes. The recipient is responsible for these fees upon delivery.

  • Due to varying customs policies and currency fluctuations, we cannot estimate these charges in advance.

  • We are not responsible for knives lost outside of the U.S.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery. We believe this provides enough time to determine whether your order is satisfactory.

  • Please contact us at sales@kestrelknives.com before returning any items.

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is the result of our error (incorrect or defective item).

  • The item must be brand new and unused, in its original packaging.

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns to cover shipping, payment processing, and labor costs.

Damages or Issues

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect all items and promptly contact us within 48 hours of your item being delivered.

If you discover any defective, damaged, or incorrect items. This allows us to quickly assess the issue and resolve it for you.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom knives and custom orders

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items sold “as is”

If you have any questions about a custom order, please reach out before making your purchase.

Refund Timeline

Expect your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (often sooner). This includes:

  • 5–10 business days for return transit

  • 3–5 business days for us to process the return after receipt

  • 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund

We strongly recommend insuring any return shipment—if it’s lost or damaged in transit, we cannot issue a refund.
